Recommendation Report and
Detailed Recommendation Report

These are custom reports from Enrate containing some specific advice relating to your particular property to improve its energy rating. Property owners may have been aware of high fuel bills but unaware of how or why the losses were occurring. These reports will alert the property owner about where heat losses and inefficiencies are occurring.

The reports also calculate the potential cost savings to be made through lower fuel bills if you were to implement a few changes. They will suggest possible cost-effective changes including the possible suitability of renewable technologies (e.g. solar panels and alternative heating systems).

The basic Recommendation Report will list up to 3 suggestions and calculate the potential cost savings per year for these.

The Detailed Recommendation Report provides three to six suggestions and goes into more detail. It costs a little extra. It is particularly suitable for properties in need of an upgrade. We can include your own suggestions in this, for example if you were wondering whether it would be worthwhile installing solar panels on the roof, or perhaps were thinking of getting a particular central heating boiler, then we can calculate the likely energy cost savings. The Detailed Recommendation Report will show you how to reduce your fuel bills. It will suggest practical solutions. Small improvements can result in large savings over time.
